This page describes the general terms of use for the ContaBooks website and services. By accessing the site or using the application, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law.
Use of the service
ContaBooks is a software platform for managing business documents and financial workflows. Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted data and for the lawful use of generated documents.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for account credentials, devices used to access the service and activities performed under their account. In case of unauthorised access, users must notify us without undue delay.
Content and documents
Documents, files, company data and client information uploaded to the platform remain the responsibility of the user. ContaBooks provides software infrastructure but does not automatically guarantee the legal validity of every generated document.
Payments and third-party services
Some features depend on third-party integrations, including payment providers, e-signature services, email, Telegram or SFS services. Availability and compliance rules for those services may vary.
Availability and limitations
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Certain features may be changed, updated or suspended for maintenance, security or compliance reasons.
Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the law, third-party rights, these terms or that use the platform in an abusive or fraudulent manner.
Order, price and payment
Business and Enterprise subscriptions provide the features described on the pricing page and in your account. Each order contains one monthly subscription; the total in MDL is displayed before payment. Card payments take place on the secure maib page. ContaBooks does not collect full card numbers or CVV codes. There are no automatic debits: each new period requires a new payment confirmed by the customer.
Service delivery and system requirements
The service is delivered online in the company account, with no physical delivery. Access is activated after the bank confirms payment, usually within a few minutes. If access has not appeared within one hour, email [email protected] with the order number. You need an internet connection, a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, and enabled JavaScript and cookies. No desktop installation is required; viewing and printing PDF documents requires a PDF viewer or browser support.
Data protection and privacy
Account, contact and billing data are processed to provide the service, maintain payment records and offer support under the Privacy Policy. Card data are processed by the bank. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion; some records may be retained to meet legal obligations.
Refunds and ending use
You may request a subscription refund within 14 calendar days after payment under the Refund Policy. Email [email protected] with your order number, account email and reason. Approved refunds use the original payment method and take 5–10 business days to process, depending on the bank. You can stop using the service at any time; without a new payment, paid access expires at the end of the paid period.
